摘要
职业倦怠已成为高职院校教师主要心理问题之一,有关该领域的研究日益受到人们的关注。高职院校教师职业倦怠的成因,既有社会因素、组织因素,又有个人因素,因而应对策略也是一个需要社会、学校、教师个人共同努力的复杂系统工程。
