近几年来,在结合我院钢琴教育专业的人才培养方案动态化管理、课程体系的优化重组等方面的改革与实践,探寻一条具有自身特色的人才培养模式,这种人才培养模式,既符合市场需求又能培养出高素质的"实用型"钢琴专业人才。

On the basis of tile reform and practice concerning the dynamic rnanagement in talents training program and optimizing brganization of cuniculums carried out in our college＇s piano education rnajor in recent years, the passage is intended to explore a talents training mode with its own characteristics, which can not only meet market requirement, but also train high quality practical talents in piano major.
