关于中国经济发展战略机遇期的两点认识

Two views on period of strategic opportunities for China’s economic development

面对2008年以来的国际金融危机及其对实体经济产生的负面影响,中央及时作出了中国经济发展战略机遇期没有改变的基本判断,这是一个站在战略高度,全面深刻分析当前和今后一个时期内中国经济发展所面临的国际环境和国内条件基础上所作出的科学论断。本文从新型工业化方兴未艾、城市化加速发展、地区经济发展不平衡、高储蓄、体改深化、国际格局等方面阐述了这方面问题的认识,继而对如何把握和运用好这一战略机遇期从国际、国内两个层面谈了体会、看法。

Against the background of international financial crisis since 2008,the Central Committee of Chinese Communist Party has made a timely judgment on the situation,pointing out that the period of strategic opportunities does not change for China’s economic development.To explore the underlying reasons,this paper makes an analysis from the aspects of flourishing new industries,rapid urbanization,unbalanced regional economic development,high savings,furthering institutional reform and China’s position in the international situation.On the basis of this knowledge,the author presents his views on how to grasp this opportunity at domestic and international levels.
