摘要
为了满足临床吸入一氧化氮(NO)治疗安全与可靠的要求,研制一种和呼吸机同步的一氧化氮吸入装置是至关重要的.该装置使用气体流量计(GFM)检测呼吸机的吸气流量,通过气体稀释公式计算出在治疗条件下NO标气的流量,并由质量流量控制器(MFC)来控制NO标气送往呼吸回路,同时采用NO/NO2电化学传感器对进入人体前的治疗气中NO浓度和二氧化氮(NO2)浓度进行监测.试验结果表明:该一氧化氮吸入装置供NO标气相对于呼吸机供气滞后不到200 ms,NO气体的用量相对于持续供气时节约了E/(I+E)(吸呼比:I∶E)、NO2的生成量<2 mg/L,从而不仅实现了监测与配气的智能化,而且也提高了NO治疗气精度、确保了治疗的可靠性与安全性.
In order to attain the clinical reliability and security during the therapy using nitric oxide, it is very important to develop the equipment of inhaled nitric oxide cooperated with ventilator synchronously. This equipment always inspects the inspiratory flow of ventilator by the gas flow meter, and works out the flow value of NO on the therapeutic condition using the formula of gas dilution. Then the mass flow controller in the equipment controls the flow of NO in light of the calculational flow value of NO and delivers it to the respiratory circuit. Simultaneously, this equipment inspects the concentration of NO and NO2 by the electrochemical NO/NO2 sensor before the therapeutic gas enters into the patient. The results of the experiment show that the delay between ventilators and this equipment is less than 200 ms, the dosage of NO be reduced E/(I+E) relative to a constant flow rate, the output of NO2〈2 mg/L. which not only has realized the intelligentization of inspection and confection of NO, but also improved the precision of inhaled NO concentration and assured the reliability and security during the therapy.
