摘要
基于MasterCAMX2自动编程软件完成奥运中国印的二维图形绘制过程,准确地生成所有的走刀路径,实现实体的加工模拟,经过后置处理生成NC程序,说明雕刻加工的基本思路和步骤,为类似模型的数控编程提供参考。
Using the MasterCAMX2 software, the Olympic Chinese Seal model is built, the tool paths were built accurately, the processing verification for solid was realized, and the NC programs were produced from post procession. It explained the basic process and thought way in CNC programming with CAM software, and provided the reference to CNC programming of the similar models.
