彝药海枫藤体外抗生育功效研究

Study on the Anti-fertility Effect of Extract of Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P.T.Li in Vitro

以海枫藤的茎为实验材料,用乙醇和水进行提取浓缩获得海枫藤茎提取物(MOSE).通过研究MOSE对昆明种小鼠体外精子活性的影响,证实MOSE在体外具抗生育作用,其抗生育活性存在剂量依存关系.这表明海枫藤茎中含有具抗生育能力的活性物质并具明显抗生育功效,该物质主要为醇溶性物质.

To use the stem of Marsdenia officinalis Tsiang et P. T. Li as the test materials, to get MOSE by ethanol and water extract, to study its effect on the sperm activity in vitro of Kunming species male mice. It is proved that MOSE in vitro on male mice has the function of anti-fertility and its activity is of dependent relation with the dosage, which shows the stem of Marsdenia officinalis possesses the activity composition of anti-fertility and obvious functions. The composition is mainly ethanol solubility.
