摘要
从产业集群协同的角度出发,通过分析产业集群的定义和属性,并结合产业集群协同的重要性以及它的发展现状,提出我国产业集群没有达到协同,不是一个真正意义上的产业集群。通过进一步分析没有达到协同的原因,指出决策或运作过程中信息缺乏与信息失真是协同失败的主要原因,而以协同为目标的信息共享是达成协同的有效途径。在总结和分析已有的信息共享模式的基础上,结合产业集群自身的特点和信息需求,最后提出了适合产业集群发展的信息共享模式。
From the angle of coordination of industrial cluster,the paper analyzed the definition and attribute of industrial cluster. Combined with the importance of coordination and its present situation of industrial cluster,the paper proposed that industrial cluster in the country can not reach the coordination,so it is not a real industrial cluster. By the deep analysis,the paper points out that the main cause of the failure of coordination are information poor plants and information distortion during the decision and operation,and information sharing based on coordination is a effective approach. Based on conventional information sharing model, combining with features and information demand,the paper puts forward a new information sharing model which is more suitable for industrial cluster.
