Location factors evaluation is an important aspect of investment decision for real estate. On the basis of qualitative analysis for the industrial real estate location factors, the paper which proceeds with the market trend analysis of the industrial real estate, built a scientific evaluation matrix which combined the growth index of the real estate investment with the location quotient from the geo-economics, so as to provide the scientific foundation for the development evaluation of industrial real estate that located in different area.
