煤矿许用乳化炸药专用输送泵设计

摘要 分析单螺杆泵的结构、工作原理、泵送乳化炸药危险性和控量不准等缺陷,移植德国堡莱喀公司的自动灌装系统的关键部件双螺杆,借助现代测量、加工技术,提出了一种设计煤矿许用乳化炸药专用输送双螺杆泵的方法及安全措施,并展望了"敞开式"输送技术,对实现自主开发煤矿乳化炸药自动装药输送技术和保证安全生产有一定指导意义。 The single screw rod pump structure, the principle of work, the pump over emulsification blasting explosive risk and controls the quantity not to permit and so on flaws are analyzed, transplants the German Fortlaika Company to fill automatically installs system key component double screw rod, with the aid of the modern survey, the process technology, proposed one kind designs the coal mine to permit special -purpose transports the double screw rod pump method and the security measure with the emulsified blasting explosive, and has forecast "the open type" the transportation technology, to realize the independent development coal mine emulsification blasting explosive automatic powder charge transportation technology and the guarantee safety in production has certain guiding sense.
