Structural Parameter Optimization Design of Lifting Mechanism on Wheeled Loader

以提高装载机的动力性和经济性为目标,根据中原180-05型装载机工作装置中的举升机构实际工作要求,选取了设计变量、确定了约束条件,建立了数学模型,进行优化求解,有效解决了中原180-05型装载机工作装置设计和生产中存在的技术问题。

In order to improve the power performance and economical performance of the loader and according to the practical work request of lifting mechanism on the zhongyuan 180 -05 wheeled loaders, an objective function was designed, selected the design variable, confirmed the constraint condition, established a mathematical model and optimized the solving. The result shows that it can effectively solve the extant technical questions on the design and product of the work devices on the zhongyuan 180 -05 wheeled loader.
