摘要
为了研究刚性罐道的缺陷对提升容器振动的影响,建立了提升容器水平振动模型,把提升容器的运动分解为平动和绕质心的转动,根据牛顿运动定律和动量矩定理给出了微分方程。以matlab7.0中的仿真软件对该模型进行了仿真,仿真所得振动加速度响应与试验台实测结果吻合程度较高,证明了该模型的建立是成功的。
In order to research the failure about rigid cage guide to influence the horizontal vibrations for hoisting container, a model of the horizontal vibrations for hoisting container. The motion of the hoisting container is resolved into translation and rotation round the mass center of the cage. Motion equations of the cage are given according to Newton second law of motion and moment of momentum theorem. Simulation is executed using the software Matlab7.0. The simulation results of the horizontal acceleration are identified with the testing results, which verify the correctness of the model.
