摘要
在高速车刀片切削刃刃形对切削过程影响分析基础上,采用热-力耦合场有限元分析的方法,获得切削刃曲率半径对高速车刀片切削性能影响规律,采用CUBIC函数重构切削刃,并进行热-力耦合场分析。结果表明:参与切削的切削刃曲率半径直接影响切削层参数和热-力耦合场分布状况;重构的曲线刃刀片有效改善了车削高强度铝合金加工中的热-力耦合场分布,切削变形区最大等效应力以及切削温度分别下降了约16%、5%。
The method of thermo - mechanical finite element analysis is employed to obtain the effects law of curvature of cutting edge on the cutting performance of high speed turning insert, based on analyzing the effects of sharp edge of high speed turning insert on the machining process. Hereby cutting edge is reconstructed using CUBIC and thermo -mechanical coupled field analysis is achieved. The results show that : the curvature of cutting edge has effects on the parameter of cutting layer and the distribution of the thermo- mechanical coupled field directly; the reconstructing turning insert with curve cutting edge improves the distribution of the thermo - mechanical coupled field in the processing of high speed turning aluminum alloy effectively, and the greatest equivalent stress and cutting temperature in deformation area have decreased by about 16%, 5%.
