高精度非垂直截面冲压模具的设计与研究

摘要 分析了冲压模具应用领域存在的主要问题,结合目前模具厂对非垂直截面金属薄板件冲压加工的实际工况条件,设计了一种适合金属薄板件截面角度加工的具有高精度非垂直截面的冲压模具,缩短了修模周期,降低了成本,延长了模具的使用寿命。同时可以提高冲压模具的工作效率,确保了金属薄板板截面的质量。 Main problems existing in application of the stamping tool were analyzed, actual operating conditions for ramming processing on part with non - vertical section in the mold factory at present, one kind of stamping tool suiting to process angle of the section for the sheet metal which had high accuracy and non- vertical section was designed, the cycle for repairing mold has been reduced. The cost was reduced, the mold's service life was lengthened. At the same time, the working efficiency of the stamping tool can be raised, and the quality of the section for the sheet metal was guaranteed.
