介绍了适用特殊地质条件的ZYW-1200型煤矿用全液压坑道钻机钻进工艺参数,阐述了研发该型号钻机所采取的工艺技术路线、结构设计及所具有的特点,通过工业性试验验证了该型号钻机达到设计所要求的各项性能指标。
Introduces the drilling process parameter of ZYW- 1200 full hydraulic tunnel drilling rig in coal mines, which is suitable for the special geological conditions, elaborates the technical process routes and structure design adopted when researching this type drilling rig and characteristics of drilling rig, and verify that the drilling rig is satisfied with all performance indices which was called for design through industrial test.
