摘要
介绍了一种利用γ射线来检测煤矿主井提升箕斗卸载状况的检测系统。在提升箕斗卸煤位置的一侧安装γ射线放射源,在另一侧放置γ射线探测器,通过PLC检测γ射线探测器输出脉冲信号的频率大小,来判断提升箕斗中的煤是否已卸完,并将检测结果传送给提升系统控制回路,从而可以有效避免箕斗重载下放情况的发生,保障了煤矿的安全生产。
A detection system using γ ray to detection the unloading status of coal mine hoist skip is presented. A γ ray radioactive source and a γ ray detector are respectively installed at both sides where hoist skip unloads coal. PLC of detection system decides that the hoist skip has unloaded coal or not, and out-put detection result to control circuit of hoist system so that the situation of skip heavy load down is avoided and the safe production of coal mine is ensured.
