摘要
分析了煤矿机械液压油污染的原因,讨论了液压油污染控制的具体方法。介绍了一种专门用于液压支架的自动清洗式滤液装置,它滤液效果好,工作可靠、经济性好、对于综采工作面具有较强的适用性。
The cause of contamination of the hydraulic fluid in mine machinery is analyzed. The control methods are put forward to guarantee the normal operation of the hydraulic system. A new type of self- acting cleanout filter for hydraulic supporter is introduced. It has good filtrate effect, high functional reliability. It works economically, applicatively on the fully mechanized mining faces.
