摘要
鹤岗兴安煤矿副井采用原苏联制造的矿用大型提升机,卷筒结构属于薄壳强支焊接结构,经过几十年的使用,支轮进入了疲劳期,卷筒出现开裂故障,影响了提升机安全可靠的工作。在对卷筒受力进行科学分析的基础上,根据应力均化原理,应用止裂技术对裂纹进行了处理,即通过结构改变,将高应力的部位转移到应力低的部位,配以正确的焊接工艺,安全运行9 a多,收到了预期的效果。
Large Russian - made hoisting winches were used by auxiliary shaft of Xing' an Coal Mine in Hegang, but the drum structure almost belongs to thin shell and welded structure, of which passes through several dozens years uses, the supporting wheels have been in fatigue phase and the drum has had crack trouble. So the hoist can not work safely and reliably. Through force analysis seriously, cracks have been treated using crack arrest technology according to the principle of stress homogenization, namely through changing structure with correct welded processing technology, the stress of high stress positions have been transferred to low stress positions. The expected effect is reached through more than 9 years safety operation.
