本文分析了目前我国监理行业存在的主要问题,对国内外建筑市场环境的威胁和机遇进行了分析,并根据竞争优势理论,提出工程监理行业要获得核心竞争力,在国际竞争市场上生存和发展,就必须改革现有的工程监理模式,并在此基础上提出了目前工程监理企业的变革思路和总体框架。

he main problems existed in supervision industry at present in China were analyzed, and then the threat and opportunities in the environment of construction market at home and abroad were analyzed. According to competitive advantage theory, in order to survive and develop in the international competitive market, the existing mode of engineering supervision must be reformed to obtain the core competence by the engineering supervision industry.
