低分子肝素脂质体喷雾凝胶的研制 被引量:16

摘要 用亚硝酸控制解聚法制得低分子肝素(1),制备了1脂质体喷雾凝胶,并与1软膏和水凝胶进行了离体经皮渗透动力学的对比研究。结果表明,前者能明显促进1的透皮吸收;当其应用于新西兰兔背皮肤,可显著延长兔的血液凝固时间,抑制实验性血栓形成。 A low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) was prepared by controlled depolymerization with nitrous acid. Liposomal spray gel, ointment and hydrogel of LMWH were prepared and their kinetics through mouse's excised skin were studied and compared. The results showed that liposomal spray gel could significantly enhance skin penetration of LMWH. When liposomal LMWH spray gel was applied to the rabbit dorsal skin, the blood coagulation time could be prolonged, experimental thrombus formation could be constrained, and blood low shear rate viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index could be decreased significantly.
