甲氧氯普胺液相中球型结聚条件的优化

摘要 采用均匀设计法对甲氧氯普胺在液相中球型结聚的条件进行了优化。考察的主要因素包括药物浓度、温度、表面活性剂和架桥剂用量及搅拌速度。球形粒子收得率优化结果预测和实测分别为49.52%和48.76%。 The spherical crystallization conditions of metoclopramide in liquid phase were optimized by means of uniform design. The major factors investigated included the concentration of drug in ethanol, temperature of system, the amounts of surfactant and bridging agent as well as agitation speed. The values predicted and gained of spherical particles yield at optimization conditions were 49.5% and 48.8% respectively. 
