控温输液对甲襞微循环状态的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为观察输入不同温度液体对机体微循环状态的影响,对50例青年健康志愿者采取了自身对照实验。首先观察志愿者甲襞微循环的血流速度及红细胞聚集情况,再先后输入15℃、29℃的液体,并观察以上指标。结果显示:输液前与输入15℃液体后,甲襞微循环有明显改变(P<0.005);输入15℃液体后与输入29℃液体后,红细胞聚集状态差异显著(P<0.01),血流速度差异显著(P<0.005)。输液前与输入29℃液体后微循环改变不明显(P>0.05)。结论:输液温度与人体微循环状态有相关性,控温输液对改善人体微循环有利。 To observe the effect of temperature-different infusion solution on the microcirculation,50 young healthy volunteers were enrolled in the self-controlling study.First,the nail fold microcirculation velocity and erythrocyte aggregation were observed,then the 15℃ and 29℃ solutionwas infused successively into the volunteers,and above indexes were observed.Results noted that before infusion and after infusion of 15℃ solution the microcirculation showed marked changes(P<0.005);after infusion of 15℃ and 29℃ solution the erythrocyte aggregation and blood flow velocity showed marked changes(P<0.01 and P<0.005);and before and after infusion of 29℃ solution the microcirculation was no changed (P>0.05).In conclusion,the correlation exists between temperature of infusion solution and somatic microcirculation,and temperature-controlling infusion is favorable to the somatic microcirculation.
