扩大经鼻入路至鞍上区的内镜解剖学研究

Expaned transnasal approach to suprasellar region ： endoscopic anatomical study

目的研究内镜下扩大经鼻入路至鞍上区域的解剖。方法选用20例尸头标本，模拟神经内镜下扩大经鼻入路，显露至鞍上区域，研究其周围解剖。结果提出蝶窦腔骨性后壁解剖学分区方法，描述视交叉上间隙、视交叉下间隙和眼动脉三角等解剖学概念及其临床意义。结论神经内镜下扩大经鼻入路可以较好地显露鞍上区域。

Objective To study the anatomical relations for endoscopic expanded endonasal approach to suprasellar region. Method Twenty artery-injected adult cadaver heads were studied and dissected to exposure the suprasellar region through endoscopic expanded endonasal approach. Results The new subdivision for the posterior wall of the sphenoid sinus was proposed. The anatomic concepts and clinical significance about the supra-optic chiasm space , the infra-optic chiasm space and ophthalmic artery triangle were described. Conclusions The endoscopic expanded endonasal approach to suprasellar region is feasible.
