锦州市1999～2006年人间布鲁氏菌病疫情分析

目的为了解锦州市人间布鲁氏菌病疫情情况,提出切实可行的防治对策。方法应用描述流行病学方法对1999～2006年锦州市人间布鲁氏菌病疫情进行分析。结果布鲁氏菌病疫情逐步扩散,不仅仅局限于农村地区,市区也占有一定比例;在高度散发的同时,局部地区发病相对集中,出现暴发流行。多发生于春季牛、羊产羔季节之后,有明显的季节性。青壮年农牧民为主要的受危害人群。结论人间布鲁氏菌病疫情呈上升趋势,主要原因是防治措施落实不到位。

Many cattle and sheep occurred in the spring lambing season, there is obviously seasonal. Young and middle - aged farmers and herdsmen to the main population is endangered. Conclusions Fabric of human disease are the main reason for the epidemic rise in animal disease control between the weak, the lack of prosecution immunization; private farmers infected animal traffic- king; deal with weak areas. Need to further strengthen the leadership and cooperation, increase funding, to strengthen publicity and education and training, the practical implementation of the Brucellosis control measures to effectively curb the epidemic situation of cloth.
