格尔木市青藏铁路沿线鼠疫防治与思考

The plague control and thinking on Qinghai-Tibet railway of Golmud City

目的监测青藏铁路沿线鼠疫疫源地动物间鼠疫流行情况。方法按照卫生部《青藏铁路鼠疫防治技术方案》设监测点进行监测。结果共收集可检材料2560份,分离鼠疫菌11株,阳性血清8份,处理动物间鼠疫疫情7起。结论青藏铁路沿线动物间鼠疫疫情流行并未间断。因此,加大鼠疫防控是做好青藏铁路沿线卫生保障的首要工作。

Objective To monitor the plague loci along the Qinghai - Tibet Railway to the prevalence of plague among animals. Methods In accordance with the Ministry of Health, ＂the Qinghai -Tibet Railway plague control program＂ set up to monitor the monitoring points. Results A total of 2 560 collection of inspectable materials were separated from 11 Yersinia pes- tis, positive serum g and deal with the 7 plague epidemic among animals. Conclusions The Qinghai - Tibet railway plague epi- demic among animals has not stopped. Plague prevention and control efforts is therefore to do a good job along the Qinghai - Tibet Railway prior health security.
