摘要
研究的目的是建立一种运动机构强度可靠性优化设计方法。在用基本杆组法进行机构运动分析和动力分析的基础上,分别以构件材料强度、密度、截面尺寸为随机变量,机构质量为目标函数,可靠性指标为约束函数,构件截面尺寸为设计变量,将传统优化设计与可靠性分析相结合,建立基于基本杆组法运动机构强度可靠性优化设计的均值模型。以曲柄滑块机构为例,用一次二阶矩法进行实例仿真,得到设计变量的最优解。
The aim of the research is to establish the optimization theory and method of strength-reliability about operating mechanism. In the first, mechanism was analyzed at kinematics by using Assur-group. Secondly, reliability was combined with optimization. Random variables included material strength, density and component section sizes. At the same time, mechanism mass was taken as ob- jective function, reliability as restraint function and component section sizes as design variable. Finally, the mean model of operating mechanism strength-reliability optimization was established. As an example, the crank-slide mechanism was analyzed with using the method of MFOSM (mean first order second moment) and the design variable optimal solution was obtained.
