摘要
将公理设计理论引入优化设计中,阐述基于公理设计的优化设计思想,提出基于独立公理的多目标优化设计方法。通过确定主要的设计参数,将设计参数按无耦合设计的形式分组,生成函数依赖关系表,依照一定的次序对各目标函数进行优化,并给出基于独立公理的优化设计流程。实例结果表明,该方法简便可行,可为圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧以及其他产品的设计提供一种新的方法。
Axiomatic design was introduced to optimization design and the idea of optimization design with axiomatic design was explained. The multi-objective optimization method based on independent axiom was presented and its flow chart using this method was also suggest. First, important design parameters to a specific objective were identified and could be grouped into one set of parameters based on uncoupled design; then established the function dependence table, and optimized every objective function in sequence. Through used in cylindrical helix spring, it is shown that this method is simple and effective. It provides a new approach to the design of cylindrical helix spring and other mechanical design.
