Printing Quality Analysis Based on In-mould Decoration Technology

摘要 针对IMD工艺过程中经常出现的问题:片材与油墨分离、油墨被冲散、油墨打凸断裂,分析了IMD薄膜的力学性能、表面性能、工艺适性,并将不同种类的薄膜进行比较;从油墨的组成、粘度、转移及其工艺适性进行分析,得出相对优化的材料性能参数,最终使IMD产品质量得到更好的改进。 The problems often appeared in in-mould decoration process were introduced, which were separation of ink and sheet, broken up of ink, and ink fractured by convex heating. The mechanical properties, surface properties and processing adaptabilities of IMD films were analyzed and comparison was made on different kinds of film. The ink composition, ink viscosity, and transferring of ink were analyzed to get optimal material parameters. The quality of IMD products can be improved by optimizing the parameters of materials.
