学校课程领导是国家课程和地方课程领导的落脚点,它直接影响着学校课程的发展,决定着新课程的实施和课程改革的成败。在新课程改革和推进过程中,可采取如下措施确保新课程改革的顺利实施:转变校长的课程领导理念,加强对教师的专业指导和支持;创建学校共同愿景;塑造以对话、支持、合作、共享为特点的开放型学校文化;为教师赋权,发挥教师的积极性、主动性和创造性。
The curriculum leadership of the school is the base of national and local curriculum leadership. It has a direct impact on the school development, and determines the implementation of the new curriculum and the success of the curriculum reform.
