Introduction of near infrared microscopy imaging technique

摘要 以烟草混合样品为例简要介绍近红外显微成像技术和近红外显微镜的使用,介绍与之相关的实现化学成分鉴别的图像处理方法及图像显示方式。 This article introduces near infrared microscopy imaging technique and the usage of the near infrared microscope with tobacco samples. Correlative image data processing methods and image display modes are also introduced for the purpose of displaying the distribution of individual ingredients.
