摘要
传统的溶剂法提取辣椒红色素需要大量的溶剂,且所得的辣椒红色素品质低。本文采用分子蒸馏法,利用辣椒红色素中辣味物质与色素类物质的分子自由程差异而分离提纯。节省原料成本,减少污染,提纯率为96%。
Traditional solvent extraction method requires a large amount of solvent capsicum red pigment, and from the low quality of capsicum red pigment. In this paper, molecular distillation, the use of the material and capsanthin in spicy substances pigment molecules and the difference between free-range separation and purification. To save the cost of raw materials, reduced pollution, a rate of 96%.
