摘要
从企业组织分散风险、提高效用和规模经济的角度,对大型工程项目建设中动态联盟的组建与收益进行了分析。着重比较了组建联盟多项目策略与非联盟单项目策略的优劣,证明了多项目策略不仅能够分散风险,同时在两状态概率系统和资源效用边际递减条件下也能够提高组织的整体效用;从工效极限、关系爆炸、信息失真等对组织规模的非经济性限制,论证了企业组织存在规模边界,当大型工程项目对资源的需要超过企业经济规模下的资源供给能力时,企业更需要通过组织动态联盟来保证项目的需求,实现项目的目标。
This essay analyzed the organizing and benefits of the dynamic alliance utilized in large-scale project management through enterprises loss-spreading, efficiency upgrading and scale economy. It also emphatically compared the strengths and weaknesses of the strategy for establishing the multi-project alliance or single-project alliance. It is proved that the multi-project strategy may not only spread risks, but also improve the organizations' overall efficiency under the two-state probability system and the condition of diminishing margin returns of resources utility. From the viewpoints of non-economic limitations such as efficiency limitation, relationship explosion, information distortion etc. , it is argued that there is a scale bounda~ for enterprises. When the requirement of resources for a certain large scale project is beyond the capability for supplying resources in the economic scale of the enterprise, the enterprise all the more needs to establish the dynamic alliance to ensure the project requirements so as to achieve its goal.
