微波治疗对剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的影响

Effects of microwave therapy on the secretion of breast milk in parturients after caesarean section

【目的】探讨微波治疗对剖宫产产妇乳汁分泌的影响。【方法】将无母乳喂养禁忌症的剖宫产产妇640例分为微波治疗组和对照组各320例。微波治疗组产妇术后接受微波治疗,并接受母乳喂养的指导;对照组产妇仅接受母乳喂养的指导。观察乳汁分泌始动时间和母乳喂养情况。【结果】微波治疗组泌乳始动时间早于观察组,在产后5 d内微波组纯母乳喂养为92.19%,明显高于观察组(39.69%),两组间有显著性差异。【结论】微波治疗对剖宫产产妇有明显的催乳作用,能提高母乳喂养率。

[ Objective] To investigate the effects of microwave therapy on milk - secretion in partufients after caesarean section; [Methods] A total of 640 parturients without contraindication of breast feeding with cesarean section were equally divided into observation group and control group . The observation group received microwave therapy direction of breast milk, while the control group received only direction of breast milk. The time of starting lactation and condition of breast feeding in both groups were observed respectively. [ Results] The time of starting lactation in the observation group was earlier than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05）. 5 days postpartum, the rate of completed breast feeding was 92. 19% in observation group and 39. 69% in control group, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈0. 01）. [ Conclusions ] Microwave therapy for the parturients after cesarean section is benefit in increasing the rate of completed breast feeding, this therapy should be used widespreadly.
