摘要
【目的】建立RP-HPLC法测定杞菊地黄片中丹皮酚含量的方法。【方法】以KromasilC18液相柱(250mm×4.6min,5μm)为固定相,甲醇-0.05磷酸溶液(70:30)为流动相,检测波长为274nm,流速为1.0ml/min。【结果】丹皮酚在50~800ng范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.55(n=2);测得杞菊地黄片中丹皮酚的含量为1.804mg/片。【结论】RP-HPLC法专属性强,重复性好,可用于杞菊地黄片的质量控制。
[ Objective] To establish a method for the determination of Paeonol in Qijudihuang tablet by RP- HPLC. [Methods] The chromatographic conditions were Kronmsil C18 (250 mm× 4.6 mm, 5 μm) as analytic column, methano-0.05% orthophosphoric Acid (70:30) as mobile phase, the flow rate being 1.0 ml/min, the detection wavelength at 274 nm. [Results] The linearity of Paeonol in the range of 50 - 800 ng was good, r = 0. 9999. The average recovery was 99.5% , and the content of Paeonol in Qijudihuang tablets was 1.804mg every tablet. [ Conclusions] The RP- HPLC method is accurate, reliable, specific, and can be used for the quality control of Qijudihuang tablet.
