摘要
研究环氧树脂基碳纳米管涂层在2~5.6、8~12μm波段内的平均发射率,分别考察单壁碳纳米管(L-SWNT-1*)和多壁碳纳米管(L-MWNT-10)在上述两个波段内发射率随温度、碳纳米管浓度的变化。研究结果表明:随着温度的升高,实验所用碳纳米管涂层在上述两个波段内的平均红外发射率随之降低;随着碳纳米管浓度的增加,在常温下,涂层的红外发射率变化不大,稍有增加的趋势,而在80℃时却有明显的降低趋势。说明碳纳米管具有一定的高温红外隐身特性,且碳纳米管在短波2~5.6μm比在长波8~12μm其发射率具有更明显的负温度系数效应。
The infrared emittance of carbon nanotube coating with epoxy resin adhesives in 2-5.6 μm and 8-12 μm waveband was tested in the paper: The single- and multi-walled carbon nanotube emittance changed with temperature and concentration of nano carbon tube in the two wavebands. The results showed that the infrared emittance of carbon nanotube coating used in the experiment decreased with the temperature increasing. And the infrared emittance of coating changed little with the carbon nanotube concentration increasing at the temperature of 20 ~C. However it decreased obviously at the temperature of 80 ℃. It proved that the carbon nanotube had the characteristic of high temperature infrared camouflage. Moreover, NTC (negative temperature coefficient) effect in short wave 2-5.6 μm was more obvious than it in long wave 8-12 μm. The research can provide some reference for the design of high temperature infrared camouflage material.
