摘要
研究1#稀土变质处理对Fe-Cr-B合金组织中硼化物M2B组织形态的影响。结果表明:处理后的Fe-Cr-B合金的铸态组织中硼化物M2B组织较之以前明显细化,并且随着加入量的不同,细化作用也不同;原来在晶界处分布的连续的、网状的硼化物转变成为不连续的短杆状的和粒状的形态,说明稀土对Fe-Cr-B合金有明显的变质效果。
This paper investigated the configuration of M2B borides in the microstructures of Fe-Cr-B alloys after modification with 1^# rare earth . The experimental results show that the as-cast modified configuration of M2B borides in the microstructures of Fe-Cr-B alloys is much finer and the original distribution of M2B borides at grain boundaries in the continuous and network modes changes into broken network and granular particles. The configuration of M2B borides in the microstructures is significantly influenced with addition quantity of 1^# rare earth. This indicates that the 1^# rare earth has significant modification effect on microstructures of Fe-Cr-B alloys.
