摘要
用氧化质量增加法、XRD和SEM研究不同MoS2的质量分数(0、3%、6%、9%)的镍铬基粉末冶金高温合金在800℃恒温的氧化行为。由于在合金表面生成由Cr2O3和NiCr2O4组成的氧化膜,材料具有一定的抗氧化性能,氧化质量增加基本遵循抛物线规律,但随着MoS2含量的增加,氧化质量增加也增加,MoS2对复合材料的抗氧化性能不利。
Nickel-based alloys with different contents of MoS2 were prepared by using powder metallurgy method.The isothermal oxidation behavior of Ni-Cr-based alloy at temperature of 800 ℃ in air atmosphere has been investigated. Mass gain of oxidation, XRD and SEM were employed to examine the oxidation behaviors. The results reveal that the alloy possesses oxidation resistance due to the NiCr2O4 and Cr2O3 formation on the surface, the kinetic curve of alloy obeys the parabolic rate law. The oxidation resistance decreases with the increase of MoS2 content, which indicates that the acldition of MoS2 is adverse to oxidation resistance of composite.
