As one kind of innovative finance activities, the sports industrial capital market cannot leave the support of its livelihood and the development environment. After the discussion on the connotation of sports industrial capital market environment, this paper analyses the environment factors which affect the development of our country＇ s sports industrial cap- ital market. The result show that the factors affecting the development of sports industrial capital market in our mainly in- clude the economic environment, the social environment and the policy environment. Every environment factor has the different influence to the development of sports industrial capital market. All of the environment factors communicate with each other and depend on each other, and they together influence the generation and the development of sports industrial capital market.
