我国高水平乒乓球运动员的赛前心理压力应对研究

Responding the Psychological Pressure of Chinese High-Level Table Tennis Athletes in Pre-competition

中国乒乓球运动在世界具有领先优势,但常常因为运动员不能正确把握心理压力而无法夺冠。笔者采用调查法和逻辑分析法等,对中国高水平乒乓球运动员的赛前心理压力应对进行分析研究,总结原因与不足,并以人本主义的视角提出建议。

Chinese table tennis has a leading position in the world, but sometimes can not win because athletes can not correctly grasp the psychological pressure. In this paper,investigation,logical analysis and other research methods are used to research a high level of Chinese table tennis players dealing with the psychological pressure. Reasons and lack are concluded. Suggestion like humanistic point of view is advanced to promote this research.
