针刺对小儿脑瘫患者诱发肌电图的即时影响

THE INSTANT EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE ON EVOKED ELECTROMYOGRAM IN INFANTILE CEREBRAL PALSY

观察了主要表现为痉挛型的小儿脑瘫患者经过针刺治疗的诱发肌电图的即时变化，发现针刺治疗使痉挛型脑瘫患者的巨大Ｆ波受到明显的抑制，且诱发Ｆ波出现的电刺激阈值显著下降。说明了针刺治疗可使痉挛型患者的痉挛活动有即时的显著改善，由于此诱发电活动可反映上位神经元的功能，故推论这是由于针刺使脑的代偿性功能活动增加的结果，这对疗效将产生深远的积极作用。

As Jin's threeneedletherapy had been very successful in treating cerebral palsy, this paper is to provide substantial evidences by modern technical method for the efforts of uncovering the mechanism of this traditional therapeutic method. Therefore, the evoked muscular reactions of twelve cases of spasmic cerebral palsy were examined before and after acupuncture treatment. The results showed that, in responding to acupuncture treatment, the huge Fwave of these subjects were significantly depressed, and the threshold of the intensity of electrical stimulation in causing this reaction was decreased as well. These phenomena reflected the compensatory function improvement above the level of the spinal cord. That might play an important role in the clinical outcomes of this therapy.
