摘要
采用温针治疗原发性痛经１００例，并与单纯口服去痛片药物组比较，温针组疗效明显优于药物组（Ｐ＜０．００５）；两组５分钟缓解率分别为８４％、９％，两者差异显著（Ｐ＜０．００５）。表明温针不仅对痛经有止痛作用，而且还有很好的预防作用。
A hundred and thirty cases of primary desmenorrhea were treated by warm acupuncture, which was compared with simple peroral somedon. The curative effect was much better in warm acupuncture group than in somedon group(P<0.005). 5 minute relieving rate was 84% and 9% respectively in the two groups.There was a significant difference between them(P<0.005). It is indicated that warm acupuncture has not only a relieving effect but also a good preventing effect on dysmenorrhea.
