鄱阳湖退田还湖移民生计资产调查分析

On Livelihood Assets of Immigrants of the Returning Farmland to Lake in Poyang Lake Region

生计水平取决于所采取的生计策略,生计策略取决于所拥有的生计资产状况。在对鄱阳湖退田还湖移民生计状况调查的基础上,应用可持续生计框架对移民的人力资本、社会资本、自然资本、物质资本和金融资本等生计资产的状况及其特点进行分析,表明移民的生计策略较为单一、生计水平相对较低。因此,为促进移民生计的发展,应对移民各类型资产的改善提供直接的和间接的支持。

Livelihood level is determined by livelihood strategy, which depends on livelihood assets. Based on the sustainable livelihood framework and the survey data of immigrants＇ livelihood in Poyang Lake region, it is introduced that current situation and characteristics of the immigrants＇ livelihood assets which includes human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital and financial capital. The survey shows that the immigrants＇ liveli- hood strategy is absent of diversity and their livelihood level is relatively low. Therefore, to develop the immigrants＇ livelihood, we must provide direct and indirect support to improve the immigrants＇ livelihood assets.
