麦粒灸为主对脾虚泄泻患者免疫功能的影响

THE EFFECT OF GRANULE MOXIBUSTION ON IMMUNOLOGIC FUNCTION IN PATIENTS WITH DIARRHEA OF SPLEEN DEFICIENCY TPYE

观察了麦粒灸为主对脾虚泄泻患者的红细胞免疫、细胞免疫及体液免疫功能的影响。结果表明，该法可提高脾虚泄泻患者红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率、ＣＤ４值，降低红细胞免疫复合物（ＩＣ）花环率、ＣＤ８值和血清ＳＩｇＡ含量，且疗效与中药对照组间无显著差异。说明麦粒灸有显著改善脾虚泄泻患者免疫功能的作用。

In this paper, the effect of granule moxibustion on diarrhea patient of spleen difficiency in the way of Erhythrocite Immune, Tcell Immune as well as Body Liquid Immune function was observed. The results showed, this method can increase RC3b of RBC, the ratio of CD4; while it can decrease RIC of RBC, CD8 and serum SIgA, RIC of RBC. The efficacy of this method is the same as that of decoction. So, granule moxibustion on Zu Sanli points etc. has an obvious effect on immune functon of diarrhea patient of spleen difficiency.
