摘要
基于集对分析原理,对客运专线引入枢纽客运站选址方案进行比选。针对客运专线引入枢纽客运站选址方案比选的特点,构建方案层、因素层和指标层3层评价指标体系,从客运站布局的需求性、协调性、经济性和环境适应性出发,选取11个评价指标,给出各指标具体的定义及指标值确定方法。根据被评价方案中各指标值与理想方案中各对应指标值的同一度,组成同一度决策矩阵,计算各指标的权重及带权同一度矩阵,通过比较带权同一度矩阵内各方案所对应的值,得到最优方案。以武广客运专线引入长沙枢纽的客运站选址为例,采用给出的方法进行方案比选,结果是在现长沙东站(黎托)新建长沙站为最优方案。
The schemes for the location of passenger station introducing passenger dedicated line into hub were compared based on SPA (Set Pair Analysis) principle. In the light of its peculiarity, the evaluation index system was constructed with three levels, namely, the project level, element level and index level. s Eleven evaluation indexes were selected according to the necessity, coordination, economy and environmental adaptability of passenger station location. The concrete definitions and calculation methods for these indexes were given. The identical degree decision matrix was formed according to the identical degree of the corresponding index value between the evaluated plans and the ideal plan. The weight of each index and the weighted identical degree matrix were calculated. The optimal plan was obtained through comparing the corresponding value of each plan in the weighted identical degree matrix. The plan in passenger station location of introducing Wuhan--Guangzhou passenger dedicated line into Changsha hub is used as an example. By using the given method, the plans are compared and selected to get the optimal plan that the new Changsha Station will be built at the current Changsha East Station (Lituo).
