淄博市临淄区2008年法定传染病疫情分析

目的了解临淄区2008年法定传染病疫情的流行规律,评价防治效果,制定合理的防治措施。方法应用描述流行病学研究方法进行分析。统计各种传染病发病率,从疾病分类、地区、时间、人群分布情况分析其流行规律和趋势。结果2008年全区无甲类传染病报告,按发病日期共报告法定乙、丙类传染病1306例,报告发病率为209.11/10万。其中,乙类传染病10种,共报告总例数为715例,死亡2例,报告发病率为114.48/10万,死亡率为0.32/10万,病死率为0.28%,发病率较2007年下降了5.80%,死亡率上升了100%;丙类传染病3种591例,报告发病率为94.63/10万,发病率较2007年上升519.64%,(因为2008年5月2日起,手足口病由其他传染病列入法定丙类传染病)。结论病毒性肝炎、肺结核、痢疾、手足口病等仍是该地区的主要传染病,应加大农村地区、学校及托有机构的传染病预防控制力度,确保人民群众身体健康。

Conclusion Viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, dysentery, hand- foot- mouth disease remains a major infectious diseases in the region should be increased in rural areas, schools and care institutions have an infectious disease prevention and control efforts to ensure people＇s health.
