目的比较两种检测方法在检测蝇香实验室效果时的差异。方法按照国标方法分别采用圆筒法和方箱法测定KT50值和24h死亡率。结果圆筒法和方箱法所测的KT50值存在显著差异,圆筒法的KT50值和24h死亡率优于方箱法。结论对于蝇香的实验室效果检测建议使用圆筒法测定KT50值和24h死亡率。

Methods Obey the nation standard way of cylinder testing way and trunk testing way to test the flying ceiling effect with KT50 value and 24h mortality. Results The KT50 value and 24h mortality by cylinder testing way and trunk testing way are notable different. The KT50 value and 24h mortality by cylinder testing way are better than trunk testing way. Conclusion We suggest to test the KT50 value and 24h mortality of flying ceiling with cylinder testing way.
