三峡库区兴山县公众艾滋病相关知识知晓情况分析

A Cross-Sectional Survey of the Residents'Knowledge about AIDS in Xingshan County,the Three Gorges Reservoirs

目的了解兴山公众对艾滋病基本预防知识的掌握情况。方法对兴山城镇居民、农村居民、在校学生、农民工、被监管人员和娱乐场所女性涉性服务人员等七类共461人进行艾滋病相关知识问卷调查,比较其AIDS知识知晓情况。结果7类人群艾滋病知识总知晓率为89.80%,不同人群之间比较差异有统计学意义(x2=23.85,P<0.01)。娱乐场所涉性服务人员最高(100.00%),在校学生最低(79.30%)。结论今后我县艾滋病健康教育应着重于传播目标人群知晓率较低的知识条目;在校学生是当前我县开展艾滋病健康教育干预的重点。

Objective To understand the public knowing rate of the basic knowledge about AIDS in Xingshan County. Methods The questionnaire by Urban residents, rural residents, students, migrant workers, Prisoners and unlicensed prostitute, such as seven types of people to carry out a total of 461 AIDS -related knowledge questionnaire survey to compare their knowledge of AIDS. Results Seven categories of knowledge of the total population of AIDS awareness for 89. 80%, There was significant difference among the Different of Crowd. Conclusion The health education of AIDS should emphasis on the knowledge items which the population has low knowing rates, The current AIDS health education students are the focus of intervention.
