摘要
目的研究探讨热带环境下某部苍蝇防制的有效方法。方法首先用笼诱法调查苍蝇本底,然后采取以环境治理为主,物理和化学防制为辅的生态防制方法防制苍蝇,最后观察效果。结果防制前五个调查点苍蝇密度(只/笼.日)分别为496、31、19、67、14,防治后为55、3、3、9、2,苍蝇的密度下降率为84.2%-90.3%。结论热带环境下某部苍蝇防制,可以采用生态防制法,它能有效地控制苍蝇孳生和苍蝇密度。
Objective To provide effective means for preventing the flies in the tropical environment. Methods Cage alluring plan was adopted to investigate the flies background at first. Then ecological method was adopted to prevent the flies, which focus on environment management combine with physical and chemical method. Observe the effect finally. Results The flies density in five survey points were 496, 31, 19, 67, 14 (a fly/cage * day) respectively at the beginning, then reduced to 55, 3, 3, 9, 2 after work, the decline rate of density was 84. 2% - 90. 3%. Conclusion The ecological method which can control the reproduction and the density of the flies effectively, could be adopted to prevent the flies in the tropical environment.
