电针对贫血大鼠体内微量元素分布的影响

THE INFLUENCE OF ACUPUNCTURE ON THE DISTRIBUTIONOF TRACE ELEMENTS IN ANEMIA RATS

用ＩＣＰ方法对大鼠体内微量元素含量的分析结果显示，针刺可以改善慢性失血性贫血大鼠的缺铁性贫血状态。使用针刺治疗的贫血大鼠血液中铁含量有明显的回升，而体内脾、肝等贮铁库中的铁含量却有显著降低，提示针刺贫血的治疗作用，主要是通过积极调动利用体内铁库的贮量和增加肠道对铁等元素的吸收而实现的。而间接对造血干细胞的造血刺激作用也可能是其另一个作用途径。由于贫血大鼠体内铁库贮量已近耗竭，所以在临床上积极而适当地补充铁剂及锰、镍、钒等元素也是十分必要的。

The quantity of trace elements in the body of rats was assayed by the method of ICP and the results showed that acupuncture could ameliorate the irondeficiency condition of the chronic posthemorrhagic anemia rats.Applying the method of acupuncture,the iron in the blood of the anemia rats increased while the iron quantity in the iron pool of spleen and liver decreased.These data indicated that the effects of acupuncture is the results of the rising of the iron absorption rate in the intestine and mobilizing of the storage of iron pool.And it also suggested that indirected stimulating of hematopietic stem cell was perhaps another mechanism.As the iron storage in the anemia rats was near exhaustive,it was necessary to replenish trace elements such as iron,manganese and nickle positively and properly.
