针刺对临产大鼠子宫肌电的影响

THE EFFECT OF ACUPUNCTURE ON UTERINE MYOELECTRICITY IN PARTURIENT RATS

观察了不同妊娠期大鼠的子宫肌电以及针刺对临产大鼠子宫肌电的影响。结果大鼠子宫肌电的发放与子宫所处的生理状态有关；临产大鼠以爆发波为主的妊娠末期子宫肌电活动在针刺后显著增强，表现为单位时间内的爆发波的频数增多，串间隔减小以及每个爆发波的时程、最大频率、动作电位频率升高；撤除针刺刺激后，上述肌电发放变化在数１０分钟内仍继续存在，表现出明显的针刺后效应。

Observation was made on rat uterine myoelectricity in different pregnant stages and the effect of acupuncture on uterine myoelectricity in parturient rats.The findings showed that myoelectric discharge in rat uterus was related to the physiological status of the situated uterus,that uterine myoelectric events in a terminal pregnant stage in parturient rats,which were mainly outbreak waves,strengthened markedly after acupuncture,manifested by increased outbreak wave frequency and reduced series intervals,and long time course and high maximum frequency and action potential frequency in each outbreak wave;that the above changes of myoelectric discharge continued to exist with several ten minutes after stopping acupuncture stimulation,indicating an obvious postacupuncture effect.
