大鼠下边缘皮质的皮质下端脑、间脑、脑干的传入投射

摘要 实验用HRP导入大鼠下边缘皮质研究了皮质下端脑、间脑和脑干至下边缘皮质的传入投射.结果:皮质下端脑至下边缘皮质的传入主要来自同侧屏状核、背侧梨状内核,杏仁基底外侧核和杏仁基底内侧核,其次来自杏仁外侧核、杏仁皮质核等.间脑至下边缘皮质的传入主要来自丘脑的内侧核群,尤其背内侧核的传入最为显著,其次来自丘脑的前核群、中线核群和板内核群等.脑干至下边缘皮质的传入主要起自中缝背核、黑质致密部、被盖背外侧核和蓝斑等.实验提示,下边缘皮质除接受杏仁基底外侧核群和丘脑背内侧核的传入投射外,还广泛接受其它皮质下端脑、间脑和脑干的投射,但不接受杏仁中央核的投射,证实下边缘皮质不参与“内脏环路”的构成. The afferent projections of subcortical telencephalon, diencephalon and brain stem to infralimbic cortex (IL) in rat were examined by using HRP retrograde tracing technique. The re-suits were as follows: The projections from the subcortical telencephalon to IL originated mainly from ipsilateral claustrum, dorsal endopiriform nucleus, basolateral and basomedial amygdala, and also from the lateral and cortical amygdala; the projections from diencephalon to IL originated mainly from the medio-dorsal thalamus nucleus, and also from the anterior, central line and the intralamellar nucleus of thalamus; the projections from the brain stem to IL originated mainly from the dorsal raphe nucleus, compact part of the substantia nigra, laterodorsal tegmental nucleus and the locus coeruleus. The findings suggest that IL receives afferent projections originating from not only the basolateral amygdala and mediodorsal thalamus nucleus, but also from the subcortical telencephalon, diencephalon and brain stem. No projections originated from the central amygdala. The results show that IL is not involved in the 'Visceral Circuit.
